Located on San Antonio's Northwest side The Oaks On Bandera was built in 1972,
houses 145 apartments, and only minutes away from Downtown, Shopping, St. Mary's
University, Our Lady of the Lake Convenient and affordable will be your first impression
of The Oaks On Bandera tries to imitate a classic and contemporary apartment feel and

is anything but cozy.

 The apartment by itself comes with an electric stove with pantries, pass through bars,
 plank flooring, 2 closets (one medium and one small), two on-site mail box/laundry
 facilities, 24  hour emergency maintenance, reserved parking and "all bills paid". They
 have two floors with an option of one or two bedrooms, one living room, dining room,
 and a kitchen with scenic views varying by the apartment position, location proximity
 of the swimming pool,  and/or "park area".

 The "park area" has been updated with park benches and small barbecue pits and an
unfinished gazebo that lacks a roof. that is part of the perks designed to make your stay
a little more heart-warming and welcoming. the schematics of the apartment complex
are just as ridiculous as the inside of the apartment itself. The architectural designers
showcase their incompetence in basic building code regulations.

When the apartments were developed it was assumed that the architectural design as
well as choices made for interior of the apartment would be met but failed to meet even
the most basic of standards. basic household problems that could have been easily
corrected is the fan/ lighting fixture in the living room. you have to rely on your own
light fixture and fan in order to make-up for it. You are provided your own remote
controlled A/C with ventilation.

The windows are known to have mold build-up on them, certain door hinges are
carelessly painted over preventing the door from closing properly while the parking
lot area has pot holes that need to be filled, and most repairs and replacements are done
after the resident has moved out forcing the deposit to be withheld and denied. additional
problem were with employees themselves were known to show their incompetence.

Problem ranged to language barriers, limited knowledge of household repair, failure to
repair something even with their limited knowledge, and terrible response times to fix the
problem(s), and overall neglect of the apartments as a whole. problems in the
apartments have been known to have rodent, insect, and reptile problems including most
recently plumbing, air conditioning temperature, and the overall integrity of the building
structure itself, and unfixed door locks that were broken into by a previous robbery or
police raid.

The apartments lack disability ramps for the disabled provide absolutely no way
anyone to make it down the second floor other than through the incompetently
designed stairway which at certain locations is built higher than standard building
regulations would allow . the problems are too numerous to count and impossible
to keep complete track of all known health code violations.

In some cases certain apartments have been known to be haunted possibly by
former residents or visitors who died there and it has been known to have
negative energy build up from drama due past conflicts which have also enacted
supernatural, paranormal, and demonic activity. law enforcement has been known
to perform police raids on apartments harboring fugitives and dealing illegal narcotics.

Besides the incredibly detailed graphics and flawless voice acting the story-line was
well thought out and ended up working perfectly together. the video game was created
and developed so that the player can immerse themselves in the virtual world and get in
their own mind literally become the main character Grayson who is third generation to
have earned the title of Sir Galahad. Sir Galahad's arsenal consists of the arc gun,
thermite rifle, and the monocular just to name a few.

They weaponry is a cross between James Bond meets Nikola Tesla. Tesla himself was
a regular McGuyver back in his day. each is designed so that no particular weapon is
too powerful. you will need to combine one or other parts in order to complete the
short range or long range weapon and be able to inflict minor or major damage to the
enemy. the arc gun fires long range bolts of electricity while the thermite rifle rains fire
down on enemies, and the monocular allows you to see long distances, signal airships
and more.

Due to a leaked full length play though of the video game problems were spotted ahead
of time before the official release date. one problem is regarding the cut-scenes that
although emulate a cinematic look and feel still are not allowed to skip though the cut-
scenes. another problem is the save points: if a mission requires you to be stealthy you
will be forced to start from the previous save point again and the final problem is the
lack of an award winning soundtrack and music score by an award winning music producer.

Technical problems also included and still are unresolved are not being able to play
online due to a reduce frame rate, no expansion packs to make the virtual world even
bigger, no ability to go online and update the weaponry or story-line, no additional play-
able characters, and the game retails for about $60.00 (U.S.D) before taxes. the game
may be worth playing just to experience the game-play environment it but it's not worth
keeping due to fact that the majority, if not all of the problems, are going to be unresolved.

The video game is also said to be at least five hours long with most of the time being
 unable to skip cut-scenes because it would "justify" the game running time for being
as long as it actually is. the problems ultimately come back to ready at dawn because
they are too busy living it up on their mountain top to listen to their loyal fan base and
improve their relationship with the customers.
